1. Legal Status
AI Wallet LTD is registered as a financial institution within the European Union (Registration No. 14552309). Our operations fully comply with the requirements of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II) on markets in financial instruments.
We hold VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider) status, confirmed by license class FVR000982 issued by the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit. This license authorizes us to exchange virtual currencies for fiat money and to safeguard customers' digital assets.
2. Share Capital and Liability
The company's share capital amounts to €5,000,000 (five million euros), fully formed and paid in. This capital serves as a guarantee of financial stability and the ability to cover operational risks.
Customer liability is insured with the international insurance market Lloyd's of London for up to USD 100,000 per insured event arising from unauthorized access or a technical failure of the platform.
3. Jurisdiction and Arbitration
Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the service shall be resolved by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) under the substantive law of the European Union. Customers also have the right to file complaints with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
